This Advanced Course will be held in Budapest, one of the most lively cities of Central Europe, easily accessible from all over the world by all forms of transportation.  The cultural centres of the city are easily reached from the venues of the Course by public transportation, and the Course organizers plan to provide a special insight into the life of the City through the cultural and social programs of the Course.

Venue for the scientific programme

The scientific sessions of the Advanced Course will be held at the Research Centre for Natural Sciences, Hungarian Academy of Sciences, H-1117, Budapest, Magyar Tudósok körútja 2.

There are four Institutes within the Centre, including the Institute of Enzymology, and these Institutes carry out multidisciplinary research activities in natural sciences, in the fields of biochemistry, molecular biology, organic chemistry, cognitive neuroscience and psychology, as well as materials- and environmental chemistry.

The Centre has two major lecture halls (for 170 and 90 participants, respectively), and the large atrium (lobby) area, which is well suited for poster presentations, discussions, or banquet organizations. In addition, about 12 smaller lecture rooms are available for consultations and discussions.
